The Intesa Sanpaolo Onlus Foundation provides the following information on the use of your personal data in its capacity as data processor.

Purposes of data processing
Personal data is processed by the Foundation as part of its activities for the following purposes:
a) to provide the services and fulfil the duties listed in the Statute and Regulations, and for the preparation of financial statements. Failure to provide data for processing will render any continued relationship with the Foundation impossible;
b) to comply with the requirements of local and national legislation (eg. fiscal and tax audits) and with instructions issued by the regulatory bodies on the Foundation/Onlus. Provision of personal data for such purposes is compulsory.

Data-processing methods
Personal data is processed using manual, computerised and online systems, ensuring the security and confidentiality of the data. The prevention and protection systems employed are regularly updated and checked for reliability.

Categories of stakeholders to which personal data may be communicated
In order to carry out the above-mentioned purposes, the Foundation for Innovation in the Third Sector is obliged to communicate your personal data to Banca Prossima Spa.
Where personal data is transferred to a country outside the EU for the purposes indicated above, the relevant judicial or governing authorities of that country will have access to the data, according to local regulations.
Stakeholders to whom the data may be communicated, who are not designated "associates" or "managers", use the data as "holders", processing the data independently and in a manner related to the processing carried out by the Bank.
The updated list of third parties identified as "holders" or "managers" is available at the administrative headquarters in Milan - Piazza Paolo Ferrari 10.
The Foundation for Innovation of the Third Sector designates as processing "associates" all employees and partners, including those on a casual basis, who perform tasks involving the processing of personal data.

Sensitive Data
In relation to the processing of "sensitive" data (which may reveal the state of health and membership of associations of a philosophical, political or trade union nature, etc.), an individual written expression of consent is required, without prejudice to the responsibility of the FITS! Foundation to perform the required services and/or operations for your benefit that only indirectly involve the knowledge of such data.

Right of access to personal data and other rights
It is your legal right to obtain confirmation of the existence or otherwise of your personal data, information about the source of the data, purposes and methods of processing, deletion, anonymisation or blocking of data processed in violation of the law, and any updating, correction or, if it is in your interest, integration of the data.
You may also object to the processing of your data for purposes of forwarding publicity material, direct selling, market research or marketing communications.
